Josh came out after our thermostat lost power. He tested the transformer and voltage in the circuit board. He was able to identify a short caused by exposed wires that could have caused a much more serious issue. He cut and repaired the wires so they were safely connected and covered. Our heat immediately started and is working great. Highly recommend!

I've been having trouble with the HVAC in my house for quite some time now. I called prestige home and Josh was great!!! He was very prompt and came out to diagnose the issue right away it wasn't even an hour later he showed up! Excellent Service doesn't begin to describe what I got from Joshua! He came right on time for our apt. He wore proper PPE which in Covid times, is very important. He quickly and efficiently repaired my leaking sink. He cleaned up all tools, spills etc. and left my kitchen cleaner then it was before. I love my knew sink and i am so grateful for his recommendations and services. Hands down, USE THEM. They are incredible!

I have used this company many times to work on my HVAC. Josh is always super responsive, punctual, professional, and most importantly, honest. My most recent call to him was at 9pm on a Sunday night. I arrived home to a thermostat reading of 84 degrees on a hot summer night and Josh responded right away and was at my house by 9:30. He troubleshooted my HVAC, charged it up with Freon, a little while later my house was nice and cool and my family and I were able to relax and get some sleep.
